This 28-unit senior cohousing community has become a prominent model for senior cohousing. 

The cottage design focused on aging-in-place. Our roles included charrette facilitation, project management, and architectural design from concept through construction. 

One detail we love about Quimper Village is the bocce ball court we designed into the central pedestrian lane, despite the fire department’s initial trepidations.
